Hey everyone, I’ve been seriously thinking about getting a small apartment somewhere in Spain — maybe near the coast. I’m from the UK, so I’m a bit unsure where to even begin. Do you start with finding a local agent or do you need to get all the paperwork sorted first (like a NIE or Spanish bank account)? I’ve read mixed things online, and I just don’t want to make a mess of it. Anyone here gone through the process recently?
